Before You Start

Measure barefoot (or with trousers if you'll wear them over the boots).
Use a flexible measuring tape — rest it on the skin without pulling tight.
Measurements 1–8 → seated. Measurements 9 and 10 → standing.

Important Notes

Measurement 5 — Circumference at the point where your calf begins to curve outward.
Measurement 9 & 10 — Foot length: Stand on a sheet of paper, trace the outline of your foot with a pen held vertically, draw a straight line at each end of the tracing, and measure the distance between the two lines.
