Important Notes

Measure barefoot .
Use a flexible measuring tape, never pulling tight.

Measurement 1 & 2. Foot length: Stand on a sheet of paper, trace the outline of your foot with a pen held vertically, draw a straight line at each end of the tracing, and measure the distance between the two lines.

Measurement 3. Foot width (widest point). Wrap the tape around the widest part of your foot, just behind your toes.

Measurement 4. Instep height. Wrap the tape around the highest point of your instep the top of your foot.

Measurement 5. Heel to instep: Wrap the tape diagonally from the back of your heel to just behind your instep.

Measurement 6 .Ankle.

Measurement 7. Wrap the tape at the boot height you chose. 29/35/39 cm.

From there, keep measuring every 5 cm (Measurements 8, 9, 10) until you reach the boot height.

Note: if you chose the 29 cm or 35 cm height, you won't need every measurement. Only fill in the ones that fall between your boot height and your ankle. Leave the rest blank.
