Are these boots truly made to my measurements?
They really are. And we mean that in the most personal way possible. No standard sizing, no guessing, no "close enough." Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with everything you need: a video showing exactly how to measure your feet, written instructions, and a visual guide so nothing gets lost in translation. You fill in a simple form, send it through, and that's when the magic starts. We don't begin crafting until we have your exact numbers. Because these boots are being built for one person: you.

Can I return or exchange my boots?
Because every pair is built on your choices, your vision, your exact measurements, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges. We know that's a big ask, and we don't take it lightly. That's why we're here before you place your order, if you have any doubts, questions, or just want to talk it through, reach out. We genuinely mean it.
When can I place an order?
Orders open on the 1st of each month and close on the 15th. After that, we close the window and start crafting. If you miss a drop, the next one isn't far. And it'll be worth the wait.
How long until my boots arrive?
Around 4 to 6 weeks from when we receive your measurements. We know that's not instant, but something made entirely for you shouldn't be. Good things take time. These take a little more.
What are the boots made of?
Genuine leather, one of the oldest, most resilient materials in the world. People have been making boots from leather for centuries, and for good reason: it moves with you, adapts to your foot over time, and develops a character that synthetic materials simply can't replicate.
Each pair is handcrafted by skilled artisans: real hands, real craft, real attention to every stitch. No machines rushing through the process. Just people who know what they're doing, taking the time to do it right.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Australia, and it's always on us. If you're writing to us from somewhere else in the world, don't let that stop you. Reach out and we'll make it work!
