Every pair of Fera Atelier boots is made from scratch — built around your measurements, your choices, your vision. Because of that, each pair belongs to one person only: you. That's what makes them special, and it's also why we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

We know that's a big ask when you're shopping online. So before you order, we're genuinely here — to answer questions, talk through designs, or just make sure you feel completely sure. Reach out at madebyfera@gmail.com and we'll get back to you.

If your boots arrive with a manufacturing defect or were damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at madebyfera@gmail.com with a few photos. We'll take it seriously and work to make it right.
